Every Special child has a right to learn. But, sadly, majority of the children living under the poverty line across our country are unable to afford for special education.
You can make a difference in the lives of such special children through Opportunity school for the mentally challenged children. On 1969 it started for the welfare of underprivileged children. The present strength of the school is 142 students.
Children with intellectual disabilities want to develop their skills to the best of their abilities. They want to go to school, play, and feel support from loving families and good friends. The special education is necessary for them to be less dependent in the society.
Your gift of Rs.1000 each month will ensure that your sponsor child is educated, healthy and well-nourished. The child’s family and the community will also benefit from your contribution.

Active Participation:
You can be an active participant in your sponsor child’s growth by:
• Sending cards on special occasions,
• Writing encouraging letters and by,
• Visiting your child in person
when you sponsor you will receive :
• A photo of child.
• Information about his/her family background
• Your foster child’s annual progress report
• Tax exemption under section 80G
